Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging with Flame Techno, you agree to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Flame Techno ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, digital marketing services, website development, WhatsApp API services, and all other related services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Flame Techno offers the following services, subject to these Terms:

  • Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
  • Official WhatsApp API Integration & Automation
  • Facebook & Instagram Advertising Campaigns
  • Website Design & Development
  • WhatsApp Blue Tick Verification Assistance
  • Online Feedback Form Systems
  • Graphic Design Services
  • Digital Marketing Consultation

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery
  • Respond to our requests for information, approvals, or feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use all content, images, and materials you provide to us
  • Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (including Meta/WhatsApp terms of service)
  • Pay all fees as agreed in your service agreement or invoice

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in your service proposal or contract. General payment terms include:

  • Invoices are due within the date specified on the invoice (typically 7 days)
  • For ongoing monthly services, payment is due at the start of each month
  • Project-based work may require a deposit (typically 50%) before work commences
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable law
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment after reasonable notice

4. Intellectual Property

Content Created by Flame Techno

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Flame Techno for your project become your property upon full payment of all outstanding fees. Until full payment is received, Flame Techno retains all intellectual property rights to work created.

Content Provided by You

You retain ownership of all content, logos, images, and materials you provide to us. By providing this content, you grant Flame Techno a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of delivering your services.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, Flame Techno reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding each other's proprietary information, business strategies, client data, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

6. Social Media & Platform Compliance

When we manage your social media accounts or WhatsApp business, you acknowledge that:

  • All social media activities must comply with the respective platform's terms of service
  • We are not responsible for any account suspensions resulting from your prior violations of platform policies
  • WhatsApp API services are subject to Meta's Business and WhatsApp Business Platform policies
  • Advertising campaign results cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside our control
  • You grant us access to your accounts solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Flame Techno provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results from digital marketing campaigns, as outcomes depend on many external factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flame Techno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
  • We will provide you with all materials, files, and account access that belong to you
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
  • We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
